Hi! Chronic headache for 10 years or so…prescribed ibuprofen 800mg, then injections, then to every doctor under the sun. Even with the most helpful- injections- I still felt a “staleness” in the front of my head/face. Im eating no gluten now and that helps…im wondering if I could get back on the injections/not eat gluten/daily allergy meds? (I live in a high allergy area) is there anything you do that helps? 🙏🏼
