does anyone know how to deal with family stress? my sister has been having a rough 2 days and it is weighing on me and making me stressed like I don't wanna eat, makes me nervous to go to night classes at school and it worries me that she will do it again and I may not see her the next day.

      This is one of my biggest triggers/struggles. Sometimes all I can do is try my best to not think about it at all while I’m doing other things. If I entertain a single thought about it I will inevitably spiral. Reminding myself that worrying doesn’t actually do anything except make me feel worse can help a bit. Finding activities that take my entire attention- like playing a difficult game or painting while listening to a podcast- can fill up my brain so there isn’t really room for the thoughts. Also sometimes you just need to feel those thoughts and cry it out. Good luck, you can do this!!!! Nothing lasts for ever, this phase of hardship will pass
