Dealing with Anxiety During Family Crises

Yeah it’s hard enough dealing with problems , illness etc but with anxiety is really makes it a lot harder Do you do anything specific to help when your feeling anxious . I wish something I could do to help but so far haven’t come up with anything that helps me really , have you ?

Yes it’s hard my sister and Mother have so many problems and I can’t do much to help really but be there for them which gladly do but then I worry and feel anxious about what they are going thru especially since there isn’t much I can do
