@Sunshine.Moondust You don't have to have a certain amount of trauma to be traumatized. Nobody's trauma is the same amount, doesn't make yours any less traumatic to you. You also don't have to act a certain way to prove you have something. I'm sorry they said that to you. -Poison

Yes. I told mine but they told me I wasn’t traumatized enough to have DID and that I don’t act like I have it 😕
A lot of our C-PTSD stems from our parents so we've never wanted to tell them. That's cool that your mom is willing to do that for you though!
