Hey all. I'm really at my wit's end with the option from my fibromyalgia. Between that and my depression I don't really get an hour off to rest or recover. did anyone have any tips of how not to let it get to you?
I really try to focus on the things that k can control and the things that make me happy. I take baths daily, i spend time with friends, listen to music, use my heating pad...etc.
do you find a heating pad helps? I have most of my pain in my knee and shoulder so find it hard to heat them. Baths are a wonderful yes, I love mine ❤️
