been eating non-stop lately and gaining a lot of weight :( but im actually having trouble sleeping most nights

The stress of the pandemic has been causing a lot of people (myself included) with BED to eat and sleep a lot more. Its basically your brain trying to make sense of all the stress of what's going on at the moment ! Try and reset your sleep cycle if your sleeping during the Day! Make urself stay up and sleep that night! Itll be good for you! As for the eating it will be hard, your body is trying to deal with stress the only way it knows how and now that it has done it a few times it has latched on. But i believe in you! You got this!
