I have a weird sleeping problem which is something my pysch/therapist can’t figure out either. Prescription sleeping pills do not help. I can’t sleep through the night, like I wake up in the middle of the night every night. It’s been like this for 5 years. The only time I did sleep through the night was in my horrible dorm last year BUT I had terrible nightmares about being kidnapped, brutally tortured, and r@ped. I was sexu@let assaulted as a kid but I was never kidnapped or tortured or anything to this extent. I would also have this reoccurring lucid dream of waking up, unable to move, and trying to wake myself up because I couldn’t “leave the dream”. I would also wake up covered in sweat. I’ve done everything at this point (no tech an hour before, sleeping pills, reading, ASMR, etc. etc.) nothing. I only slept through the night in that dorm (that was borderline falling apart) and it would end whenever I went home. I’m even in a different dorm now but I can’t sleep through the night. :-/
