I work in an office environment so I basically sit most of the time. Idk why but almost as soon as I sit I feel like I need to be somewhere else. My anxiety goes up. Like I am supposed to be doing something else. Sometimes I think I am burnout I know I want something more at my pace or fun to work at. what do y'all think it is?

Thank you for sharing with us. I’m sorry that you’re going through this. 💖 Whenever I’ve experienced this it’s been my mind and body telling me I’m in the wrong place for me. Maybe the environment at your workplace is not healthy for you, or maybe your job is not giving you the fulfillment you deserve. Everybody had their own journey and experience, but I’ve found that my anxiety tends to be a signal that something is not good for me. Hope this helps. 😊

@Phoenix.Afrodita I do feel that I need a change in my work environment, there are no tasks that are challenging enough to keep my brain working. Also I would love to have a job that is actually fun. I don't want to sit most of the time it's just not healthy. Maybe I am burned out

I can relate with this. I don’t work in an office, but I’m around a lot of people since I’m a server. Whenever it gets really busy I feel like I can’t breathe. What you’re experiencing is an anxiety attack.

@Darkangel21 sometimes I think if I get another job what would it be like, I work mostly alone so I feel like I have to be around people but I am afraid that won't matter. I would still be anxious. The times that I have had anxiety or panic attacks around a lot of people would be if I am at the mall and if they're walking near me or too slow, or if I am sitting like in a restaurant I feel uncomfortable eating in front of people like I feel I need to hurry up idk it's just so annoying.

@pinky3 have you talked to a therapist about these feelings? Have you tried journaling? There is called the 5 4 3 2 1 method. it’s 5 things I can see, 4 things I can hear, 3 things I can feel, 2 things I can smell, and 1 good thing about myself.
