I just wanted to say hello and that I was diagnosed with occipital neurology in February this year. I have had symptoms every day since December around Christmas time last year. That ear pressure pulsatile tinnitus and lightheaded tired feeling never goes away completely. Every single 2nd of everyday. It's so tiring. I've tried everything natural and have been seeing a chiropractor for the last 6 months which I am positive has helped me a lot. I'm probably going in for a nerve block soon this will be my 1st time so wish me luck. Hopefully I'll get some sort of relief from the head pressure.
