I started anxiety really little but wasn't really diagnosed until I was planning on killing myself.

Thank you for sharing, we are here with you, each one of us struggles- it makes us who we are! It sounds like you are very strong! You managed for a long time to be ok until it was just too much. Try to remember how strong you are, and how everything is temporary. There are hard and desperate times but after these you will find joy and happiness in life. Dont be shy and ask for help, you deserve it. For me therapy was most effective, even more than meds.

I have been there, but I call it the void. I had to sit down and write what I found gave me negative thoughts or feelings. Sometimes it would be the act of writing a letter to a person that would never get it. Just so I could try to release how they made me feel. I have to remind myself that people that make me think and feel negative about myself doesn't deserve to be on my mind. My mental health doesn't deserve revisiting them and their bad behavior. I know it's hard to let go, but you need to break the chain someone has on you. I hope this helps in your journey of rediscovering yourself before you let them effect you. 🤗

Each of us are individuals yet our stories may mirror each other. Just always keep seeking help.

Sometimes it is so internal that drastic measures are the major sign. But I feel you there.
