Best Medication for Lactose Intolerance?

I take 2 lactaid pills before I eat a meal or snack with dairy in it

Try doing yoga as well, it helps with digestion and feeling better :)

I feel like probiotics help me too. But I also have other gi issues other than just lactose intolerance. So not sure if it could help others too 🤷🏼‍♀️

I take Lactaid when I eat dairy foods. It helps me with lactose digestion and reduces stomach aches, gas, and diarrhea following eating dairy foods.
