Does anyone else experience flare-ups where the pain is low level, but other symptoms are very high level? I've had my first full on flare-up in 2019 and so far I have had a couple of fatigue flare-ups and an unbelievably debilitating cognitive flare-up where I thought I had early onset dementia because it was so bad. Does this happen to anyone else? If so, how do your strategies for treatment and self-care differ?
