Can Fibromyalgia Cause Flare-ups Without Pain?

can you have a fibro flare up with out actual pain ? we had a TERRIBLE thunderstorm last night had no power all night long. I didn't sleep well I was anxiety ridden still am. and I woke up this morning with almost like " flu like " symptoms nauseous stomachache headache extreme brain fog fatigue feeling weak feeling sad/depressed anxouis pressure feeling in my head just not feeling right or good.

Yes 100%! It isn't always pain, it can be ANY of the symptoms.

I have chronic pain from an autoimmune disorder and meet the criteria for ME/CFS according to my doc. My flare-ups can be separate pain, fatigue, GI issues, etc. or a combo of any of my symptoms. So yes, I'd agree those symptoms are a type of flare-up. 👍
