How do I grieve the loss of my kitten?

2 days ago my kitten passed away suddenly and I picked up her ashes today, how do I grieve. how do I even think about living my life without my best friend. I'm lost. any advice? my kittens name was soup and I love her dearly

      I think you should spread her ashes in a place she loved and spend more time outside being inside makes your pain worse

        @deaddreams her most enjoyed place was my chest and in my lap shes in a box and in a necklace on my chest. She was 5 months(maybe younger) before she passed and never got to experience outside after her rescue.
