Finally got an appointment for COVID rehab clinic!

For me, I caught covid in March 2020 I was under the long covid clinic for 13 months and didn't find it very helpful but having said that they are a lot better now days I think as they find out more for us we were started on a round of physical therapy so they set us up in a gym there was an assortment of gym equipment treadmill bike cross trainer weights ext we had to do 7 mins on each machine at whichever setting we could tolerate we were given paper to record symptoms before and after each one I couldn't tolerate it I managed 2 sessions and it ruined me for weeks then after that they offered me a chronic fatigue management pathway this was basically a very cbt esqe group again it didn't help I mean as time has passed I have improved if im honest I don't think the long covid clinic contributed to that I think it was just time x
