      Gabapentin will most definitely lower your blood pressure. If you’re already on meds for that you might ask your physician if you should stop until you’re off gabapentin

        @Kirk I’m on gabapentin, do not notice any problems with my blood pressure. 600 mg 3x a day for anxiety

          @Ally131 it will only be noticeable if you are already taking blood pressure meds. The two act synergistically and can make bp too low. Get dizzy if bending over and standing up. Postural hypotension.
