Gabapentin and Mood: Any Experiences?

My pain is really bad if I don't have it.

I myself take it for both pain and anxiety, not sure if it helps my anxiety too much though

I’ve been taking it for chronic migraine prevention for about 2 months now, I don’t think it’s really had an effect on my mood, im already on zoloft, buspar, and lithium for mood though, and i’m on a low dose of gabapentin

Since I take it for both pain and anxiety, I think it depends on where withers at that day. What I mean is if I’m in a lot of pain I’m gonna be really upset from the pain without it and I am gonna be restless, so it calms the pain, while also calming me enough to be able to rest that day. But if that day im not in so much pain but would be anxious, im not so anxious so I can calm down, but I still have energy to use. It does the same thing, but it’ll effect how my day goes

Gabapentin helps me deal with my neuropathy and anxiety, so I feel better emotionally when they’re not as bad as they could be. There are more happier moments than before I started it. It does give me some blurred vision though.

Gabapentin doesn't affect my mood much, but it does make me very sleepy. It also gives me terrible brain fog.

Gabapentin- I take it for pain and anxiety. It's mainly to help my pain. It doesn't touch my anxiety though..it makes me slow, and tired. I'm naturally dizzy and when I take gabapentin I have to make sure I don't get too dizzy.
