Intense Pressure in Head from Anxiety

I am curious if anyone else experiences major pressure in your head from anxiety? It's not a headache. It's just an intense amount of pressure. It comes and goes, but when it's here, it really sucks!!!!

My pressure is typically in my head. Not down my neck or back. Just an all over feeling in my head. It's horrible.
