I hate myself. I think I'm fat and my mom is telling me im gonna get fat. I keep making these goals to not eat and skip lunch and other things like that but I'm so gluttenous that I ignore them and continue to eat even though I'm trying to cut back and lose weight. I hate my body image and me not doing the goals makes it worse. does anyone have anything that would help?

You are enough. You are enough. You are enough. You are good enough. Your body deserves fuel. One thing that helps me is knowing I can eat however much I want when ever I want. Less pressure to binge eat when I don't restrict. Or bodies change. Our worth doesn't

First of all your weight has nothing to do with who you are. Are you kind to other people? That's what is important. If you start to love yourself as you already are, you will treat yourself differently. Eventually you will be kinder to yourself and the weight will come off. Skipping meals is not good for your health. Stop listening to those that would put you down. You are a child of God and He loves you just the way you are! Keep your chin up! You can do it...love yourself!
