Struggling with Bladder Issues and Catheterization

hi I'm at a loss my bladder stoped working and I couldn't pee for two days. I ended up with a blood infection and a UTI and was in the hospital for four days my creatine level was up to 8 but now it's lower. I went to the urologist when I got out a few days later. He put a camera into my bladder and just saw a stressed bladder. My prostrate was good for my age I'm 56 so he sent me to the specialist she gave me the urodynamics test put 600cc of water into my bladder and fainted so she could find out because at that point I fainted. Now it's three months later and I have a Foley catheter in because I couldn't self catheterize myself. I'm not on any meds of any kind.
