Do you have diabetes, history of it within your family or any problems with your blood sugar? I had this issue (no uti, bladder issues or diabetes at that time) I learned it was bcuz my glucose/blood sugar was super high & my kidneys was working overtime (makes you pee a lot) to get rid of/filter out the excess sugar. I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes then diabetes later.

Are you diabetic? For me I always had a weak bladder and always had to pee a lot especially if traveling because you know that you can't go whenever you need to go LOL. I have had three kids so now it's even worse unfortunately I don't drink the water that I need because if I do then I will be even more whenever I cannot go pee all the time (at work).

Frequent urination is also a symptom of diabetes. I’d definitely talk with your primary care about it.

all the time!!! I've noticed that its partly related to how much water tolerance you have- like if you slowly increase the amount of water you drink a day it happens less. for me it's also about location associations like whenever I go past the bathroom I have to pee

She may know. But I had to see a urologist and get a cystoscopy in order to get diagnosed.
