Feeling Helpless on the Bipolar Rollercoaster

I feel ya. I spent the last month basically being babysat by my husband and mom (and then inpatient for a few days) while being out on short term disability. I couldn't get the help I needed from my doctors fast enough, thus the ER visit and inpatient. What a miserable place to be. I just think of the times when I didn't feel like this and hope I get back there doing. So far I always have so I keep telling myself that there isn't a reason why I can't do that again.

Me and you both, I feel like I am always less than 2 choices from doing something that I can't speak of. Kinda weird, a person can't get help unless they speak up, but if someone speaks up they'll get flagged and reported and then that person will get shunned and then they'll get no help at all, but will certainly be just a little bit closer to making that choice.
