      Absolutely. I have had quite a few times where an argument or a night of drinking with friends ended in a depressive or manic state. External factors are often a trigger. I find myself getting extremely irritable with the ones I love the most and I can’t even explain why that triggered a depressive episode.

      I second the above comment. I don't know that 'too much fun' is a trigger, but related factors could be.
