Try the Finch app. Trust me. It’s self-care, goals management, and Tamagotchi pet all rolled into one.
I have multiple planners and trackers. I use my weekly planner to schedule dr. Appointments, social events etc. I have another planner I use for groceries and to do lists and I use the Medisafe app to track medications and symptoms. It’s hard. Good luck!
