1. What are your favorite apps to help you stay productive and focused on your goals? Calendars, reminders, positive affirmations apps, etc. (I tell everyone I know about Alike! Love this platform) 2. Who are your favorite social media influencers who you’ve found relatable and/or give good mental health tips? For example, I found a woman on Instagram who makes funny and relatable content related to ADHD.

I use the insight timer app anytime I’m feeling anxious or unfocused to do a quick meditation and get back into a better train of thought also use it for sleep meditations so I can be more well rested and functional during the day

I use Habit, Structure, Tappy, Thought Diary, headspace, calm, and Google Calendar through the iOS Calendar app. I really found that these apps have helped me the most and I tried many! For social media, I low How to ADHD on YouTube and Yo Samdy Sam. yo Samdy Sam is diagnosed with ASD and ADHD, but I find many ASD resources help me because I have C-PTSD and ADHD (combination type).

I am is great!
@Tess123 I use that one too! 😁 it really does help to reframe my thoughts
I play a anxiety reducing game I like a lot called, oasis or my oasis, it actually does help me relax.
@pandapoe omg this is actually so interesting to me. My husband plays video games and wants me to play with him but it just gives me anxiety. I will definitely try this, thanks for sharing!

I find that I get the most success out of a physical paper planner that I keep on my counter and look at daily when I walk by. You can get super nice ones on amazon for dirt cheap and pretty colored pens to use. My fave mental health influence right now is Kojo Sarfo, DNP on youtube and tiktok he works in a mental health hospital and is so sweet and kind and has great advice!!
@Olivebutter2236 I recently bought a calendar, budget planner and regular notebook for random thoughts I need to organize eventually. I also bought a bunch of colored pens and the notebooks came with stickers 😍 Anything to make adulting less daunting lol.. Research also suggests that physically writing notes helps to retain information better.
I use an app for reminders for pills, daily tasks like showering, brushing my teeth and eating lunch. Its called "MyTherapy" and when you complete the tasks of the day you get a daily picture to share or keep for yourself.

@Merv how cool! Is it a selfie or a picture of something else?
I love the iOS app Due for reminders/habits/to-dos. I don’t use it for everything, but it’s super helpful and easy to use, and helps me not forget things.
@aldrwytch Thanks for sharing!
Honesty I have found or don’t know much about apps but I have in my notes a time with thinks I want to get done next to it so it make me feel productive seeing all that back too
