Best Medications for BPD-Based Depression and Anxiety?

With bpd based depression and anxiety, what are the best medications? cause I've taken so many meds that didn't work that my psych gave up and said we're focusing on something else, but the mood stabilizers still aren't doing anything yet. so, trying to keep my opinions open.

Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

Fluoxetine

Anxiety (Including GAD)

I'm on abilify and fluoxetine right now. I've been on abilify for a long time and it's helped me but my psych added fluoxetine for an extra boost.

Im on multiple medications- i take 7 pills a day. I personally smoke weed when the suicidal/depressive ideations start spiraling out of control. But i have a similar issue with medications. Ive been on multiple as well and my body ends up building an immunity towards the medications. Not sure what advice I can give, but know that you’re not alone and im always available for support
