my depression has been really annoying lately. I'll feel like it's getting better with the meds I'm taking and my routine and then I'll fall apart and won't even be able to get out of bed the next month. it's not like when I have short episodes it'll be like my body resets and I have to get my meds adjusted again and again until I finally feel better only for me to feel like shit a month or so later. I've taken about 4 different antidepressants, maybe 5 cause I don't remember if welbutrin is one or not, I've taken prozac and Lexapro which basically had no effect one me, welbutrin worsened my depression, and effexor I had an allergic reaction to and cannot take. I'm currently on a higher dose of zoloft which is the one I've been experiencing the waves of feeling better then not. I really don't want to change meds again considering each time I do I get hospitalized but I also don't want to reccuringly increase my medication. I'm unsure if there's an underlying cause or if I really just will have to stick with monthly psychiatrist appointments. advice is welcome and appreciated.
