Different types help everyone differently but for me personally mood stabilizers on top of my anxiety and depression meds helped me a lot.

I tried some a while back and they unfortunately landed me in the ER because they made me hallucinate... any other suggestions?

mood stabilizers as well as DBT ( dialectical behavioral therapy) or CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) is very helpful with bpd! i was taking Resperidone (mood stabilizer) for my bipolar & bpd - it really helped me ! meds aren't for everyone but there are many different meds out there !! i wish you the best of luck❤

DBT was so helpful. I studied it for 2 years and now try to implement it in my daily life. It was really a life saver.

I take lithium and depakote for mopd stablizers but im on lexapro for depression and anxiety and im on 2 anti paychotocs for my schizophrenia and i also take vilums as needed but what works for mw might not work for you. Mine has helped with the bpd but not much on my schizophrenia
