Hi there! I have been dealing with some type of Personality Disorder for years. Since I was at least 12. Family says it's MPD.. But I think it may be BPD.. I'm unsure how to talk about it with a Therapist or Physicist since the one time I tried top, they shot me down and said, "It's just your depression."
