Managing Chronic Fatigue on Baclofen: Advice Needed

It stopped making me sleepy about 6 weeks after I started taking it

I take the same medicine and the drowsiness is severe. I didn’t feel much of a difference between 30 mg and 60 mg. My cervical dystonia is horrific and super painful and nothing helps. I get some relief from the Tizanidine.
