Looking for Anxiety Relief Suggestions

Does anyone else take Baclofen during the day? I think it would help my pain and anxiety but I'm tired enough! Also does anyone have any suggestions for supplements that might help anxiety? I want to be calm but not feel like a Zombie and I already smoke weed. I would love to hear your comments! ❤️

Baclofen is the one muscle relaxer that does not make me sleepy! I can take it at work even. It does help my back spasms.

I also don’t get too sleepy from the Baclofen! It’s worth a shot! If you’re getting too tired, you could always stop and try something else.

Baclofen is one of those meds that works best if you take it consistently so I take it 3 times a day and it keeps my muscle spasms which lead to pain at bay and it does not make me tired or drowsy unless I take 2 or 3 at a time. If I vape THC on top of it I tend to get more drowsy

I take baclofen but if your looking for something else to calm you down to help with anxiety ashwaganda is an excellent supplement to take and magnesium. I also suffer from anxiety and those are natural supplements you can find right in Walmart.

I also take magnesium and Effexor for anxiety. But I have also heard about the ashwagandha from my daughter who is a third-degree yoga instructor.
