Does anyone else deal with breakdowns back to back? Friday was sensory overload, Yesterday was flashbacks, and today is hallucinations. it seems like it all hits around the same time.

My breakdowns and negative symptoms seem to pile up and release all together a lot of the time as well. I’ve found that this is usually due to some subconscious trigger, whether it be the mentioned sensory overload or something hardly even noticeable. It can be extremely frustrating to pinpoint what exactly is causing all of that crazy buildup, but the brain is really strange and sensitive and sometimes these things can be brought on by something tiny. You definitely aren’t alone in this, I hope the rest of your week goes better 💕
