My breakdowns and negative symptoms seem to pile up and release all together a lot of the time as well. I’ve found that this is usually due to some subconscious trigger, whether it be the mentioned sensory overload or something hardly even noticeable. It can be extremely frustrating to pinpoint what exactly is causing all of that crazy buildup, but the brain is really strange and sensitive and sometimes these things can be brought on by something tiny.
