I have to get a spinal tap/lumbar puncture to diagnose narcolepsy and I'm scared!!! has anyone had it done before?? what should I expect to happen? how much did it hurt on a pain scale ??

I just did mine its not too bad but you will be super dizzy the next few days and if you hve caterplexy it may be triggered more having surgery drinks apperently help but they just made me more tired and honestly the test is a little long but the only parts thar suck is the taste of copper goingdown your throat later from your body remaking the csf
