ADHD Meds and Appetite: Anyone Else Struggling?

I had dry mouth, when I first started taking my medicine but it stopped a week or so after.

I used to not have an appetite when I started on my low dose but now it's much higher and I feel like all I do is eat. 😥

Oh yeah, I get that as well! I highly recommend doing some jaw stretches and having water nearby that you can sip on somewhat consistently. By jaw stretch, all I mean is do a yawn motion. It's very common to get a tight mouth, but occasionally opening your mouth wide can really help with that! As for the eating, that's the one that's taken me the longest to deal with. If you can get yourself to eat something small, but dense/fatty, your body will thank you. I go with yogurt/peanut butter most of the time. Both easy to eat, high in fat, and don't take time to prep.
