Difficult Time Eating While Taking Adderall?

I find it even harder to eat on adderall not only due to its appetite suppressing effects but also dry mouth! Nothing sounds good

Adderall affects your appetite so I know what you’re saying but if you’re ever in the situation where you know you haven’t eaten much all day, just try your best to find something that isn’t a snack to put in your body because you need that food to fuel your body!! I know I have a hard time eating when super stressed + on my ADHD meds but just push through it and tell yourself no I need to eat. If it’s gets really bad, deffo go talk to your doctor about it!!

My dr is actually amazed that I’m not or haven’t lost any weight taking it or even as much as I do. I just eat, period. No appetite is prob the #1 side effect

having less of an appetite is super common for adderall, try your best to schedule meals around your medication (such as before and after). your appetite should mostly come back once the meds have worn off though so if it doesn’t, that might be something worth bringing up to your dr.
