ADHD and Overeating: Anyone Else Struggling?

Did anyone get eating problems because of ADHD? I don't really have that tick in my brain that says that's enough and will go until I'm full or bored.

Yeah I'm with you on this. I have been making smaller portions and this has helped a lot. Healthy snacks in between meals like fruit or veg. It's all about finding a balance. Easier said than done. If my mood is low my head says I'm not hungry at all. But other times my head says grab the chocolate that will make you feel better

I'm usually the opposite where I get so invested in whatever I'm doing I entirely forget to eat or drink until someone either tells me to or something drastic happens.
