Hello! I run cross country and track and I’ve struggled with breathing for a year now. I got allergy testing done last summer and I have a bunch of random outside allergies, and possibly exercise-induced asthma??? My doctor things I have that, but when I use my inhaler it doesn’t always work. Any suggestions would be super cool as my allergies are still flared up after taking two allergy pills and Flonase a day.
