    It’s definitely not a good idea to go out without an inhaler. That’s if you know you’ll need it of course

        Just cary one in case of an emergency. It’s just a must for a person who has asthma.

    Sometimes if I run out unexpectedly I try and do breathing exercises but not alot helps with out it. 😞
