Alternative to Armour Thyroid for Hypothyroidism?

Are you taking Selenium, Vit D3, Magnesium (not the Oxide)?? I used to take Armour Thyroid and although naturopathic doctors say it's the best, especially at converting T3, it didn't work for me. I take Tirosint, it is a gel cap and that made all the difference. Everyone's body chemisty is different and what works for one person may not work for another. Have you checked out Dr. Izabella Wentz on Instagram. She has been instrumental in helping me feel my best. She just posted a reel on hair loss a few days ago.
