I was diagnosed with Hashimotos over the summer but none of the doctors have put me on any medication. I’ve started having extreme hair loss over the past few days which I’m not sure if it’s related to thyroid problems or alopecia. It do have patchy hair loss but also just seems to be overall thinning. I’ve been very tired too on a regular basis. Is there anything that anyone has done to go into remission? The doctors are not treating me for it at all since they said my thyroid is not damaged though I have all the symptoms. Other than medicine are there any treatments anyone can recommend ?
