My anxiety is at an all time high! I constantly feel lm not good enough and like everyone thinks I’m just crazy 🥺 I worry 24 hrs a day! I have a wonderful husband and family that love me but I still feel lost! I lost my Mom a little over a year ago and that has made it 100 times worse! Sometimes I wish I could just disappear and I feel like everyone would be better off without me! I’m a Christian and I try to put my faith and trust in God but the anxiety wins out sometimes! Social anxiety is getting worse so being around people is so so hard! My meds don’t seem to do anything g for me and I can’t sleep without something to knock me out! I started counseling with my Pastor and his wife but it’s very difficult to talk about these things with anyone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

      Living in the moment is so difficult but truly helps. Anxiety is about not knowing. It's about not being able to be in control and we feel lost. Being mindful of this really helps. Know that it is usually fine on the other side of whatever is making you anxious,crazy,scared etc. This too shall pass. It always does,right?

      You are traumatized and you need a therapist who specializes in trauma. One thing I've learned about anxiety is that it isn't a threat, it's just how I perceive it. My own fear of anxiety makes the anxiety worse. You need some breathing space and you need to journal regularly and focus on what makes you so incredible. Believe me no one is judging you because everyone else is too busy worrying about themselves.

      I have PTSD and it's the same. Anxiety through the roof and can't sleep unless medicine makes you. I'm trying to only be concerned with today. When I have to be social. I take a lot of deep breaths.
