I have had awful anxiety to the point I don’t eat , drink , ect I thought I was getting better but then I had a few bad days then my dr put me on Wellbutrin I took it 2 days and stopped it made me so much worst I then got dehydrated stopped eating but that part is better I got help at the er. But I just feel so anxious my heart is pounding I keep crying I’m scared to get out of bed and don’t have a desire to. I feel depressed but idk I’m so scared idk what to do what if I just keep getting worst 😭😭
