Recently I’ve been having some anxiety issues. My brain beleives that if I eat food, I’ll feel worse. I know the reality is that the less I eat, the worse I’ll feel, but my anxiety still won’t budge. When I do try and eat, it’s hard for me to swallow because my anxiety is telling my body not to let me eat. Please help! I’m very hungry and I’ve just been feeling worse and worse everyday.
