So this last week has been very rough for me and my anxiety. Lots of almost panic attack moments, but I got through them. On a more positive note, I have been able to relax most of my last couple of days off, which is awesome. I cleaned my apartment, which is fantastic. Out of nowhere, I decided to start a dating profile. I matched with someone within a few hours. He seems great. We’ll see how it goes. I’ll keep you guys posted. I’m hoping to keep going up from here as I start my work week. 🤞
