Looking for Support with Anxiety

hey guys! I just joined this app in order to find more people who understand what I’m going through. lately my anxiety has been taking a toll on me, and it’s been hard trying to talk about it with the people in my life. if anyone out there also relates to that, I’m here to talk and hopefully find some likeminded people :)

      I know what you're saying. Anxiety can crippling, stop you dead in your tracks and make it hard to perform on a day-to-day basis. I suffer with it, as well as see it in my 13-year-old daughter.

      Hi! That's why I joined too! I get anxiety over the silliest of things and it can be hard to explain it a non anxious person. Why has it been taking a toll on you?

      ✋🤗 everyone always assumes were lazy or something. Well now mine has gotten more severe due to trauma. 😥 But I'm managing it much better. It's hard to do simple task for me. I suffer from executive decision making syndrome. Means I can't make a choice so I don't do anything.

        @FoxyLynn I know what you mean about people thinking we are lazy. It's so hard to find people to talk to. My wife has anxiety too, but her's wires her up. Mine debillitates me, makes me freeze up and back down.
