So I uploaded my dating profile after being single for the first time in a year and a half after my therapist suggested I put myself out there again and I couldn't believe it but I got like 30 likes in one day and made a great connection with someone already. Definitely not trying to rush anything and I'm trying to calm my bpd down but I can't help but be very excited. Even if I gain a good friend out of this I'll be happy!

it's always scary to put yourself out there, so kudos to you..! i understand the getting attachted super quickly, as i do it myself. try and take it easy, and remember you're not obligated to be with anyone that shows you even a smidgen of attention. still learning that myself..
