My anxiety is so bad when I’m in Snapchat and I see his bitmoji. I loved him and we were together for a month. Just yesterday I found out he was lying to me. I have a really bad feeling I’ll slip back into the hole I crawled out of. Any help?

Yes I totally agree as above. But simple just block him on everything and just leave it be. A month isn't a long time by any standards and he's not worth it. Just forget about him and have a you date for a day or go out with someone else you love, family / friend/s . You will be a better person be ause of this and you are better than being with something that thinks treating you that way is ok because it's not.

I totally relate to this, going through a breakup and having anxiety is really terrible and I'm so sorry this is happening to you. I think the best you can do is focus on yourself right now (make him regret it by becoming the best you possible, the best revenge is self care). Also what I did with Snapchat is delete the chat! If you don't want to unadd him you can delete you guys Snapchat chat history and it won't show up on your messages anymore

I’m so so sorry!!!! Please don’t give him credit for _anything_. By the end of this you’ll have actually grown up 💕 👍
@4byfour Btw I’m not saying you’re not mature!!
@4byfour He sounds like he still needs to grow a little ;) he missed his chance!
? Avoid Snapchat entirely for a long while?
