@Lovebird420 I have not taken that spacific one but I am on Aripiprozole as well as some other medication, but that med spacifically has helped me in terms of sleep and has helped my intrusive thoughts/actions, and my overall nervous system. And mood stabilizers are usually the first thing that psychiatrists and doctors say you need, but that's often without taking much else into consideration and that's why some people jump from prescription to prescription sometimes, I hope you find something that works for youu

I have and still do take antipsychotics for my bipolar and I've also struggled with nightmares. Since getting on my medication I do still have them but it's way less than I used to get them and their way less anxiety triggering for me personally.

@Viynnyie thanks for the reply. My doctor wants to put me on lamotrigine but im hear a cocktail of both mood stabolizers and antipsychotics work but im assuming a mood stabolizer is probably the 1st thing people with bipolar get put on huh? Did you ever take them and if so what what your experience. Nervous about switching meds.....again
