Any recommendations for an anti-nausea medication that is less likely to cause constipation? Zofran works really well for my nausea but always causes constipation, which isn’t ideal for my mixed-type IBS.

I don’t have any medication recommendations but certain foods cause me nauseated. If I know I’m going to eat those I take digestive enzymes with the food then IBguard, some peppermint or ginger tea, ginger candy or deglycyrrhizinated licorice to help any discomfort that may still occur.

@Mandelion Peppermint tea and ginger candy are definitely go tos for me! Sometimes they’re just not quite strong enough for the job though. Thanks for sharing what works for you!
