i stopped drinking most flavored beverages and replaced them with lemon water and if you prepackaged lemon juice can be just as good as fresh lemons for it

I hands down drank homemade ginger tea everyday for a year when I experienced nausea. It’s super easy, you buy a stalk of ginger, peel it, cut it and boil it in water for 10min and then drink the tea. It helps so so much! And you can prep the ginger if that will save u time

Anything with ginger, I like ginger and lemon tea, as well as candy with a high ginger content. I recommend Gin Gins.
